Did your troubleshooting guide say anything about the foam rollers in the finisher? I just read something about how they were designed to minimize differences in gloss. Just a thought ...

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There was a batch of serial nos which had poor fusers in them which caused many quality issues. It may be possibble that your machine is one of these.

            Yes,
There were a a few problems caused by these such as colour calibration and quality issues, but your machine may not be part of the batch. I dont have the serial no listings anymore but im sure they can be obtained from KM
What firmware have you loaded now ?

Only solution is to replace fuser unit. Ver 50 FW is available now.
                Good luck.
May i ask if you have had any 2721 codes on 300g stock
