If they shop around I'm sure they will find it cheaper to fix than replace, you can buy a c300 or c352 for just about nothing these days.......... Great thought though and dont forget to hook the tech up with a perk for the tip lead!

Sorry to be a pain but this customer is chargeable and I want to make sure I order the correct part. Thanks in advance.
Do a cross reference with the P# and see if it shows up in any other model. If its the same as say a C250/252 I have a used one........... Let me know.

Yes, Minolta terminology is "printhead" also same as "laser unit" "write unit" etc

Yes you can replace just one if need be according to KM and me.......... had to do it numerous times on the c203/253/353 series machines. It always a good idea to hit the FW after install as it cant hurt.

    C352

    Hello all,
I have a Bizhub C353 with a C4151 - Cyan polygon motor error. I have heard that ALL printheads (lasers) should be replaced as a set. Any thoughts on that or canI just replace the bad one. Is there any firmware that needs to be done along with the replacement? I am trained on the older Minoltas (3102's C500, etc. ) but work mostly now on Ricoh. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
