C250 print scan dead

Ok, replaced hdd and print sca. Works for a bit but as soon as we try to print a config report it locks up again.

any ideas?

The controller is set to OTHER.
To change:
1. In the TECH REP mode select System 2 and Image Controller Settings.
2. For an external Fiery IC-402 or IC-405 controller, set the controller number to 1.
3. For the STANDARD built-in controller the Peripheral setting would be controller 0.

No it is set correctly. We can scan and fax but as soon as they try to print test page or from Pc it won't print.
