when we power on, the led of main power is green and the led of START key is orange but the screen is dark. No fan start, no heating fuser.I don't know what is the problem? Power supply? Please help. I have the manual but no description of that matter.

reseat any memory modules on oacb. New machines go thru the main board to fire up machine. We had a c550 act like that and had to replace memory dimms not the board. -

If you enter service mode it will display any error messages in the top margin. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
