Not sure I can help you without a model number...
But I can't think of a setting that will mess with page orientation only on specific pages--in my experience.

are you scanning landscape or portrait, have you got samples

the problem is when i scanning from document 2 side and the paper size is 8.5*13in. if is 8.5*11 scan normaly

8.5x11 feeds long edge first, and comes out fine... 8.5x13 can only be fed short edge. Make sure you specify under Original Settings the correct orientation and binding direction of the original.

Hi, I am sure i specify the god orientation and direction, but scan wrong
feed the short edge (is only way) and i chose the original setting horizontal
