    C654 ERROR CODE 7219

    Morning chaps have a Konica Minolta c654 bringing jam code 7219 ? anyone seen this before ?

      Jam codes beginning with 72xx is a FS jam code. What FS is mounted on the machine? What are the symptoms? Paperweight? Folding?

          Check the bypass switching gate solenoid in the finisher it might be dead or have a broken spring. We also had one have a board failure causing intermittent jamming but I don't recall if it was a 72-19, good luck




          Replace SD2 (p/n A11PR70211).

              presuming its FS-535, if yes, it is the bypass gate solenoid spring broken. VERY common on this and FS-526.

              Done it MANY times now.
