Machine jams intermittently more on A3 than A4 and it doesnt matter which cassette A3 is fed from, it jams from both cassettes.When it jams the paper is concertinered it has fed a few inch through the fuser rollers then stops and crunches up.Its not fouling or catching anything the lead edge is perfect and has fed through rollers and then it seems to stop and the paper crunches up behind it.It has done 150k in total has had a new fuser unit about 80k ago due to damaged rollers and it has latest firmware.Any ideas anyone.Ive changed the fuser exit sensor and checked its operation in service mode and its ok.

Jam code?If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
