[Misc] Strange Issue BIZHUB 423

Copying and printing from any PC or the copier itself says stopprint and jobs remain in the que until deleted. In service mode I can print test pages just fine. ADF works correctly and SMB and scan to email functions operate normally.

I am thinking logic maybe a firmware re-install.

Oh and our surge unit has read no interrupts or odd voltage readings.

Hi, could be that something has reached it's life, if you browse to the machine via pagescope, this will tell you the current position on the life.

it's your settings....you changed softswitches 51/55 to turn off the life warnings, but you haven't changed the other settings from "stop" to "no stop"
