    Bizhub 420 firmware change failure

    Hello ,

    After unsuccesfull firmware change one of our Bizhub 420 stuck's on lit display only.Is there a way to reset the firmware to factory?

      try downloading and installing the oldest level of firmware on the KM site.
      check for any special firmware as well.

          Alrdy tryed that but the display is still only lit with power LED on ...

          It worked after removing both batteries on the MFP board..
