    C352-copying problem

fotografie0188.jpgWhen copying by ADF or on glass my copy showsas in the photo.
With an A3 sheet the same issue occurs, onlythere are also horizontal lines.

I tried to caliber the scanner using:
    - settinggraduation adjust
    - graduation mode
    - high compressionmode
    - resolution mode.
    -
But after printing the pattern test, andtrying for either step (graduation, highcompression,
resolution) to copy it, when scanning, the lamp suddenly stops and then the machine displaysthis
    message ‘Scanning test page error’.

An advice would be more than welcomed.

    Thank you,
    Eugen.

looks like the scanner is bent or something seriously wrong is going on with the optical alignment of the mirrors.

has the machine been moved around ?

open the ADF or Flatten cover then start the copy and watch the scanner movement

What the hell is a "Flatten Cover"....but seriously, you definitely have either a warped scan bed, or possibly a cable problem on 1 side, If optics look good, then you might want to replace the CCD. Emujo
