    [CQ] bh c451

    there is a problem in c451, that in cyan imaging unit developer is reducing in middle of the unit.i relpaced 2 units for testing basis both units the same problem,erasing lamp is litting fine.what else my friends.costomer is not giving me time.so please

          You need to pull the print head from the MFP and do some basic cleaning....Emujo

            yeah man, toner and dev powder can lay on top of the PH. The cleaning wand may not move it all. Pull the IU's and shine your flashlight down through the slit that lets the PH unit hit the drum. Doing so will allow you to physically see if any debris is preventing the proper imaging. Did you replace or at least pull the transfer belt unit to see of maybe the cyan transfer roller is causing the problem? Good luck brother
