Do you know if the FK502 fax kit is the same on the C352 as on the C353?, or is the FK502 the same for all FK502 kits regardless of machine installed into?

It sounds to me that the board is the same across machines, but the mounting kit is different. That's what it sounds like to me anyhow. My $.02 cents FWIW. (For what it's worth)

One could McGyver a box or similar support for the fax kit FK-502 but the problem is that interface board which is in the mount kit MK-711........

Will confirm, a C203-253-353 series machine requires the MK711 mount kit (which has 2 slots, for fax or usb) needs to be installed on the back of a c353 series for fax to function. The FK502 itself is the same across the board. Only the mount kits typically differ.

The actual FK-502 fax cards are all the same, no matter what machine you put it into or it come from ensure you flash the firmware prior to starting to using it.

I keep one in the car from a wrecked machine at all times for testing purposes.

If you're talking about mount kits well no, they're very very different and specific to the engine your intending to install it into
