    Bizhub C351 Error C-3452

Does anyone know what Error C-3452 means on a KM Bizhub C351? I am checking everything right now as we speak, but wanted to get any help that I can. I greatly appreciate it.

that is a fuser code my friend. pressure roller not warming up. my experience with these is, it's not worth tearing the fuser apart to replace/clean the thermistor. Just replace the fuser.

OK, thank you. I just replaced the fuser yesterday and it worked for about 30 minutes while we printed and then it stopped. Maybe its a bad connection or the fuser is bad. Any ideas on that?

stopped with the same code? If so, yes 1 of 2 things could be wrong.
        1. could be like you said, a bad fuser
        2. reseat all the connections on the board (this is what I would do first)

            Re: Bizhub C351 Error C-3452

ok i googled this post and have ONE bishub i see maybe every 2 years..
im a mostly ricoh tech although i was trained and serviced the full minolta line
            before digital became the norm.
i see the lower "pressure" roller is not coming up to temp from post.
i cant even remember how this fuser lays out..
do i have to reset the fuser code thru service mode 1st like in the ricohs?
this machine about how many years old now?
            8 years?
            thnx
