Of course I understand .
With the firmware I solved the imaging unit (black) , misdeed of paper (no 2) and small electrical and noise problems.
The only one left now is the touchscreen.Although the buttons of the panel are working properly it didn't came back with the firmware update .
i cannot do trouble reset (Really is there a warm reset button in c252 like c250? - inside the sd slot)
The Nvram recovery file is checksum16?

Try to keep up skippy, reading comprehension is a beautiful thing. theres 3 on here asking for help with various NVRAM issues. Seems like the guy above just needs a touch panel at this point.

I think the card has to be 128mg's or less if not it will not work. if its in the right size range try formatting it, use "fat" not Fat 32.

Are you sure you are using C252 firmware, not C250. They are different and will give the same error.

C252 firmware starts "4038-F0000-G10-XX-XXX"
C250 firmware starts "4038-F0000-G00-XX-XXX"

If it is special firmware
C252 starts "4038-F0000-GXX-K1-XXX"
C250 starts "4038-F0000-GXX-K0-XXX"

I've sent him the files 3 or 4 times, this file 4038-F000-GCN-G4-000.EXE which is the 1.81mb NVRAM recovery program for the C250/252. I figure being an executable his anti-virus is the problem. I've sent it directly attached to an email and also VIA a Hightail link which is a pay upload download service, dont know what else to do for the guy??????
