Many spam filters/anti-virus programs wont allow an EXE file in and either blacklists it or modifies it, are you sure this isnt whats going on? Other than burning the card and sending it to you I'm out of ideas.

Could someone send me the firmware and the writing tool? My C252 stopped working the the same way described in this thread after the last power outage.
Is there a how-to on getting the CF card out, re-writing it, and putting it back in?
