BH C452 drum reset chip

I have to ask this, I think I know the answer. Can that device be re-used on another
Set of drums?

but all you have to do is update the firware then you never to to buy the chips

I am asking if the drum reset for the drums can be used more than once?

Actually I would like to have that firmware upgrade.

Once you turn on the iu disable message you will never get the "replace iu" message.
So any IU will run in that MFD

Thank you for the help. As it turns out I got my chips and models mixed up.
I was think that the chip reset device for the BHC360 was for the C452.
That's where I was confused.

Still I would like to have the newer firmware. Anyone care to share?
