Re: how to reset fuser code konica 350 black and white copier
I'm a little unclear on something. Are you getting a "Replace Fuser Unit." maintenance message, or a "C3901" error message. There's a big difference. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

On the right side of the machine near the top there is a little cover where the ethernet and usb port are. To the left of those ports there is a reset switch. Press it. When you see a dot on the touch screen press the number 3 and enter 00000000 for service entry. Press trouble reset.Comment

blackcat4866 is right, if this was just a preventive maintenance alert you will probably be OK, but if there is a service error code you would be better served if you found out what the actual problem is and fix that first.
(Heh, for one thing, when high temperature plastic parts melt they create an awful odor, at least the ones on the early 3M 516AGs did.)Comment
