    Display panel adjustment setting not showing. - c454e

    Hi Everyone

    Got this bizhub c454e, I was gping to adjust the touch panel but the panel adjustment setting in the Accessibility section is not showing. I upgraded firmware but still the same. Is there a software switch I need to turn on for the setting to display. Any ideas that may help solve my issue.

      Same machine that won't do gradation adjustment?!?! I forgot the name of the setting but I'd be willing to bet it has something to do with the admin security level.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          i know that the touch panel adj has been removed from the set up with the latest firmware, got a feeling the gradation is no longer necessary on set up too...

              Check if software switch 25 is set properly for your firmware.

                      Do you have a key counter connected to the machine? A whole lot of functions disappear when you enable the key counter. =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          Do a firmware update but hold down reset button when you turn power on same as you would for a trouble reset. This will open a automatic touch panel calibration. Once this is done it will continue on to the firmware update
