    +452

    Hi All

Have a +452 colour machine, trying to do the image graduation but keeps coming up as NG. Have tried moving the paper on the glass as suggested but didn't help. Cleaned the I D sensors. Anyone else had this problem.

Are you getting any "P" codes, the last time I had persistant "NG" whilst carrying out gradation, was on a C352, I had to increase the "scan area" in tech rep mode
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

Whats the life of Imaging units like and the ITB? Are the laser view windows clean? Image Stabilise + Background reset?

Are your copy and scan images skewed? I've had a few bent scanners, that can't read the gradation charts. The cue to watch for is skewed scans. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
