    C6000 Fuser ghosting

So after 50k pages, fuser unit starts to ghost copy on paper. Replacing the fuser belt helps, but after 50k the same problem returns. Customer had 2 fuser units, both the same, after 50k fuser belt needs to be replaced.

One fuser has been refurbished completly, new rollers, bearings, still same problem after 50k.

Glossy media? Especially inkjet paper? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

TURN OFF SPEED DOWN, should not be an option.

If stock is very heavy there should not be an option

Speed down is to slow down paper running faster then it can move, very light stock, fine paper.

CPM - is FINE if you need it... its cycles per minute, that slows the cycles so its only feeds 1 sheets though before it starts the next, good when sheets are crashing.

                what is specs of paper?
did you try another brand of the same paper?
                what size is paper?

                can you post image?

when you changed everything, did you replace the gear that control the pressure down control...

                thanks,
