If you have “fefilled” you catridge that is your issue.

Did you fit a chip to the bottle?

yes, I have refilled. if you mean chip of toner, yes I fit correctly. after several times pull and push of the cartridge M, now the machine shows no toner is detected (only for M color)! now I ordered chipsets of 4 color for cartridge units and image units. I found the option in the system settings that named IU lifetime normal/suspended. mine is marked as normal. what is this? also, I forgot to mention that in consummation part life section, image unit bar of M is shown empty and transport roller bar is empty too. (before the issue appears I can print without issue, so I think this not relative to image unit of M).

Setting to "suspend" will allow copier to keep working when consumables reach their life. Not sure on that model but you may still get the message to replace but at least the machine will not lock out. Also forget if the suspend is just for imaging units

i checked TCR of M. it's 3.3% other colors are above 7%. even add +3 to TCR but it does not change.
