    [CQ] B601 Background

    Hi Guys

I have this one B601 that is giving me a bad background, i have seen this before but was not my problem to fix, that machine ended up scraped so im not sure how to fix this.

    Did clear counters.
installed new drum, dev, blade. 600k on the clock
check dev bias connection to be 5 ohm which is good.
check grid voltage to match new drum.
    contact springs is all good.
    changed charge unit.
check all voltage setting with other machine to make sure it is in same range.
    changed the dev unit.

    Please look at the sample.

Run 30 to 50 skyshots, run drum peculiarity, that should do it.

Thanks someone gave me the same advice today.

Also to run thru the dipsw to see if there is some tapering. I got the machine secondhand.

The thing is its not over toned. The dev tank work perfectly from the first copy in another machine.
        Whatever

I just had one do this, and changed softswitches and cleared right up. Changed sw 23-2 and 23-3 from 0 to 1. Also change 5-0 to 1

              clean the charge black plate
and run the drum peculiarity adj.

Turn out to be a bad sensor board. I would keep the dip switches in mind Thx.
