    [CQ] Second tranfer problem, C6501

Hi all! I am a KM dealer senior tech but this one is stumping me. C6501, Problem occurs on lead edge for both sides. (different stocks but worse on thick) The first 3/4 to inch is very grainy when printing a solid green color. Result is yellow not transferring from belt. Looking at trans belt, image looks good but yellow is left behind and cyan is transferred. Replaced Trans belt assy, lower trans roller, connectors on deck. If I go to -40 on second transfer in process adj settings, problem will go away temporarily but will come back shortly. Anyone seen this? Only thing I have not tried is HV2. Hoping that's it! Thanks, Pete

Is your enduser using the proper media settings? I came across this on a bizhub C454e. Enduser was printing 147 g/m2 cardstock on Thick1. According to specs 147 g/m2 requires Thick1+ or Thick2. The best results were with Thick2. My endusers color is purple, so with the magenta left on the belt, it left me with mainly cyan on the printed page. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did you try lowering Separation DC/AC Front?
