[CQ] Bizhub 364e blank copy & prints

Hi gents

I am getting Blank copy and prints, and also any reports from service mode, copier only 6 months old from new.
Tested imaging unit with C364 and its fine.
No image when you stop copy half way, no image on itb and drum
dev gear all fine and turning, transfer rollerfine as well.
spoke to km technical dept and suggested change DIMMs memory as not writing data, which i have done today.
still same issue .

Now they saying could be main controlloler or HVT board, not laser as it would throw up error code.

any one had any similar fault can shine some light into this issue.

any input will be much appreciated.

It could be the laser if light is blocked. Try defeating the interlock on the front door and pull the drum corona cleaner out half way and run some prints.

it'll be the hv board.

there will be an open icp.

Can you scan? Either to a computer or a thumb drive? If it's memory it will probably be blank just as when you print. If it's an imaging issue(charge, print head, etc.) then scanning will work still.

HV unit has failed. I have done 2 so far and they were both on low copy count machines.

yes i have ordered hvt and main controller so will update you guys,
when i visit customer.

scanning is all good.

Just an Update guys problem resolved after fitting HVT board.
