Re: FS-C8020
Not every problem can be solved by a reset. Sometimes you have to fix something first. What does your manual say? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: FS-C8020
Manual says Network not connected, which is correct. Network never connected to this copier. also, manual says cannot connect to network, which is also correct, as no connection is available. Why copier is stuck on code 2101? Any clues would help, regards RobComment

Re: FS-C8020
If it were me, I think I would turn off TCP/IP in System Menu > System > TCP/IP > set to Off > TCP/IP6 > set to Off. It's described on pg 9-19 of the operators guide. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.

Re: FS-C8020
C2101 in service manual says : error with BK DV
2101 in user manual says : error with FTP or SMB (when using)
In the second case the printer cant be blocked.
I think tmaged was right, your problem's completely separated from any kind of sending error.
you don't look @ the right manualLast edited by JDR; 08-17-2015, 03:56 PM.Comment

Re: FS-C8020
Send errors will let you bypass or cancel them to use other functions. Post a pic of the display. It has to be the C2101, black DV error.Comment
