KM-5050i LCF PF-750 registering paper size as A4 not letter

I usually work on HP printer/mfp's, but I have a customer that has a KM-5050i with LCF PF-750 and it is registering paper size as A4 not letter. Everything looks normal, trying to find out if there is a switch that registers size in the feeder assy? Or is it in the settings somewhere? Any help would be appreciated.

If you go into your cassette settings, you should find that the paper size is set to either A4 or Auto (Metric). You can change it to Auto (Inch) or Letter.

The PF-750 actually has front and rear adjusters to accomodate A4/LTR as well as center adjust, but there are no sensors associated with them.

Take a look at simulation U208. (Pg 94 of the PF750 service manual). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
