CS 4501 that is dropping toner on the page.

I have a machine that appears to be dropping toner on the page. I have cleaned all of the guides and filters like on the 4500 series, I have also replaced both the drum and developer units. I also took out the feed unit and cleaned them and with canned air blew out the paper path. I still have this problem and am stuck. 20151007145218.pdf

You need to update firmware to the latest (04.05.0010) version that has engine update for toner powder leaking from developer unit.

Ok sorry for the late update.

After the latest firmware was installed it still was dropping toner. Somehow I had thought, that I had already removed the reg roller assy, but no I didnt. This was where all the toner was dropping from. I cleaned the assy and the rail, that is underneath, and that has seemed to fix the problem.
I have been waiting for a few weeks just to make sure the problem was fixed for sure.

          Thanks all for the help.

I just came across this the other day on a 3500i. The paper dust collector was packed full, but not paper dust. It was toner. And yes, vacuuming did the trick. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
