    hello i have a tk 250ci eaving dots due to the drums you know with what you can clean and if you fail?

    Usually those dots are caused by pinholes in the drum surface and cannot be cleaned off. You must replace the drum.

      I agree with CWP. Those dots are the result of charge roller arcing to the drum. Most of the time they are not visible on the surface of the drum. They cannot be cleaned off. The primary roller will continue to arc, and continue to ruin the drum. Replace the drum unit assembly. It's the only solution. =^..^=

      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
