    [Misc] Reset Admin password

I have a fs-1135 mfp, in the office it was in someone changed the admin password to logon to the command center. I have read about some prescribe commands that can work but i am not to savvy on prescribe and i am learning km-net viewer and ic-link. Any information or knowledge will be greatly appreciated to all in advance.

Kyocera have a prescribe manual available somewhere online. Basically type the prescribe command into notepad and save it. Then FTP to the machine's IP and drop the file there. That's it.

      Re: Reset Admin password

So does anyone have a solution to reset the command center password. So far nothing seem to work except for kyocera to remote in and do it, which is time consming and only if you have kyocera dealership of course. any one with a proven prescribe command. machine that has u21 will clear it, but also clear other machine settings.
this machine does not have u21.

first of all you should use KX driver
        -printer properties
        -device setting
        -PDL (use PCL5e )
then open new word file and select prescribe font and type
!R! EGRE; EXIT; this is for command center
it will solve your problem good luck
        save the file as reset.txt

Next press the enter key twice (no password required)

        hope this helps.
