Taskalfa 4500i Dead Display

Hi All
I have a taskalfa 4500i and a 3500i both machines powers up ok (scanner finds home and motors turn and complete warm up cycle)
but display is totally dead
any pointers before i start pulling them apart
is this a known issue on these machines

I have the same issue on KM-3050...the machine is printing normaly but the copy function is not possible. The touch panel is working first 5 sec.#loading program# then go to totally black.

If someone have the same experience, please help.

So far i have replaced parts from a working machine
control panel complete (checked wiring harness)
memory
HDD
power supply
but still no display light not even welcome screen
iam thinking control pba unless anyone has any ideas

Do any of the hard switches respond ? Make sure YC24 is connected to the main pwb.

tested all previous parts in doner machine all work ok

replaced main pwb
machine is now working correctly

Please my good friends, this machine is new in country, we are experiencing this problem and we don't have any place to purchase the main board, so what am asking is that what must be cause of this problem on the main board? If any knows please kindly tell me because I have 12 of this machines both 3500i, 5500i and also the color 4500ci are having the same problem, I need help from you guys because this machines are driving me crazy here

i have a taskalfa 5500i with the exact same problem. i want to order new main pwb, but i have doubts with the part number of the main.
is this the correct part number: 302LH94150?

Depends what country you are in. In the USA you need 302LH94141
In the 230 volt area you need 302LH94151

one of my customer had this model taskalfa 5500i and was working fine at the night but when he starts up the machine in the morning the
operation panel was dead but we can sound the rotation of machine scanner lamp turn on every thing is working except panel and soon i learn from forums that it is a
problem of main board and i dont have any other model like this to be checked with
so i am searching for main board across the internet to get this machine ready
the machine counter is 150 k and condition is excellent
