In service mode run u089 and print out colour belt

If the laser is defective, you would get blank print and copies. Not sure if the laser can be swapped with cyan, but that is the step i would take to troubleshoot the problem or just replace the laser with a new one. check if the machine is under warranty and order the part as such.

Best way I have found to troubleshoot laser is to cover a portion of the charge roller with a piece of tape and run a print. In this case, put a 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide strip of tape around the yellow charge roller (make sure it won't come off), and if the laser has failed, you will get a void of yellow except where the tape is. If there is no yellow at all, then you should look elsewhere.
The best tape I have found for this is that stuff the painters use for trim (probably no prof. painters, but amateur painters like me).

Any sign of HV 1st transfer connection failure for transfer belt?
Have you tried halftone print and pulled the transfer belt and drum out?
          Bad
Cover half of yellow laser window with tape. Print some yellow halftone page A3 size. Check for any hints of yellow.

Is developer toned with yellow toner?

What about settings?, anything out of wack?!

          Byting on bits.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

If the developer drive was lost, you'd have "Toner Add" messages, and low toner density codes. I think he would have noticed those. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
