M6526 CDN Weird issue

Engine prints are fine
Scans are fine
Black and white copies are fine
Colour copies appear slightly blurred as if the colour registration is slightly out and appears to get marginally worse from left to right

Logic says its not scanner as black copies are o.k and colour scans are o.k
Logic also says its not engine as all engine prints and computer generated prints are o.k

Sorry unable to post any images but do not think it would show up on a thumbnail anyway, as the effect is slight but is noticeable.

Any ideas greatfully accepted

Have you done a detailed color registration chart and done the adjustment? Also have you done a gray scale scanner adjustment to to match the scanner to the print engine? Since you say print engine prints are fine and printed pages are OK, this would only leave the scanner adjustment to match the scanner and print engine.

Have done colour calibration Blackcat.

Santander, have not done either of these adjustments as I do not know where they are.
Are they in service mode ? if so can you point me in the right direction as I did not see them in the service adjustments available from the control panel.

Also if so, how do you access service mode on Kyocera colour machines ?

I am trained on Kyo B & W machines badged Olivetti and have worked on a few of these small colour printers and MFC's mainly replacing consumables and dev stations after customers have used compatible toner
