Have a M3550 that will intermittantly LOCK UP and freeze when sending print jobs to it. Powering off and on will correct it only for a short time. Replaced main board, installed new firmware and even a new engine firmware supposidly for the lockup issue..Any input would be great..

Are there any error codes stored? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No, no codes at all. Error log is clean. 1250 copies on almost new machine. I am suspicious of their network since copying seems to pose no problemComment

Me too. The firmware for lockuo issue stated these F and CF errors. Going to to back to office and see what happens there..Thanks, BCComment
