KM-5050 CFA10 error after boot
believe that this is a hard drive error but not sure as it is reporting an error on the hot plug??? what to do with this error..... any help is appreicated

I think I'd replace the HDD. =^.^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did you format the hard disc? if no, enter the program use 24 to format it. hope it will also help. good luckComment

A new hard drive fixed the issue Thanks For your Help!
hard drive was formatted on boot up by the copier. I did still re format after that but don't think it was necessary.Comment

It does run immediately after the new HDD is installed, but I format it anyway.
