    Franky Tan,

Is this a KM/C3225E or not?

    Are the colors washed out?

        Dev,drums and fusers 300k

Yep and i'm elvis - they never reach their life and they always get replaced early because they fail!

Spots on the copies are more than likely from the drum units. You can clean them but whats the point when its under warranty - kyocera's fault for a bad design.

dev units fail because of the collar breaking.

Fusers fail with a noise or codes or both.

makes you laugh when the units are all complete units and you can't order individual parts because of "kyocera quailty control"

check the collars on the dev units there is a defect on some of the older units, or try pulling the transfer unit out and see if there is any pieces of paper near the cleaning section of the transfer unit causing toner to drop on the drum unit have had this happen to me a time or two.
