    Jam 4001 on TA8000i series

    Just an FYI.
Machine done a fair bit of work. Gear spining on halfmoon shaft increased its inner bore by a good 1-2mm. ..and at last the winner of all designs: Le Clutch!_303M894090, that couldn't bear the Salsa dance from that GEAR Z35R - 302KV4401 and decided to bring some sparkles to the party with some interesting Cfcodes.

That looks a lot like a dead short to ground. How many clicks? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      3.7mil.

Well. It is a dead short and it isnt' as the clutch moved around when wasn't touching getting hits. Rebooting on c-codes wasn't best idea either.

But to my surprise one of the clutches had the flat plate worn to extent of aluminium can and still worked. So I'd imagine this design isn't that bad, despite having so many issues. But have to admit the magnetic "adhering properties" have changed for sure and could cause slipping.

I see that is a gear drive pack, but what part of the machine is it from?

There's a bulletin with an updated part. There is too much play in the housing around the clutch causing it to slap & break the wires inside.
            Hope that helps !

Honestly, after 3.7 I'd look at a major overhaul anyways. you'll probably find that most of the non-consumable rollers throughout the equipment are short on proper diameter, possibly causing several seemingly minor issues.
If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...

Good Luck ... You'll need it! HAHAHA!
