I have a Kyocera CS 406ci that I have had some trouble with and cannot figure out the cause or how to fix. The machine threw a C3200 lamp error. Error comes up during boot up, lamp does blink on and in the service modes i can turn the lamp on and off no problem. Following along with the manual, I have replaced the ISU, which comes with the CCD, then replaced the main pwb and the eng pwb, updated firmware. Everything i have thrown at this machine and the code will still not go away. I assume I'm just missing something but I cant figure it out. Please any help will be most appreciated.

Re: CS 406ci C3200
Did you do a U906 reset? Reload firmware with each board? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: CS 406ci C3200
Have tried a U906 but it does the reset and power off/on but codes the same when powers back up. Yes have updated firmware with each board.
Got the charts for this machine and tried to run a U411 but when it runs it, the scanner and lamp come one and run across the bed, but then just stays active and never finishes.
I'm just at a loss.Comment
