    KM 3050i

Please forgive me in advance I am a Ricoh technician.
Installed new drum unit and developer. Ran service mode 130 2 prime DV unit. Copies coming out light to blank.
Ran mode 130 for 10 minute and still light. DV mag roller and unit doesn't seem to have toner in it.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Craig

Does it have the correct toner cartridge? There are three toner cartridges that look identical, and do not interchange: Toner Type A, TK-717, or TK-713B? You should be using TK-713B. The others have different drive couplers, and won't feed any toner out of the cartridge. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Make sure that the transfer roller does not have broken springs and not contacting the drum.

My guess you are working on a 3500i. Did you remove the seal from the dev unit? Is the dev unit being lifted all the way to the drum? What happens when you put the old parts back in? Did you follow the directions that came with the new drum and dev unit?

when you run the 130 process for developer can you hear it actually running? as stated before it takes awhile for the process to finish.
