    [CQ] Help TA4551ci Print Issue

    Guys, please help, i can't figure out why my black is like this

      So far i have been able to swap Main Charger, but the problem still the same.

      I tried opening the platen cover to copy which should come out a fully black page, but all i get was whitish grey.

      Done Developer Refresh. U089 print out colour is fine, only black.

      As you can see in the picture, the black colour for the title is good, but otherwise is really bad.

        developer worn out .. get a new developing unit .. (maybe more then copies than made for or older then 3,5 years)

          I agree, it's undertoning. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                Yep devalper you can try swapping it with an other color for testing

                  Just to clarify, you'll get an error code is you try to install any other color than black in the black developer port. =^..^=

                    Ya I wouldn't put a color DV unit in a black. 1 it may not even fit in the unit and 2 it will code out

                      Agreed. You can do this with the drums but not the developers.
