TA 5551ci color gray scale off when printing files

    [CQ] TA 5551ci color gray scale off when printing files

    Looking for some ideas on a TA 5551ci while printing files from usb and computer the color gray scales are way off also when scanning and copying the same issue and solids are fine. u89 they come out perfect, color registration is right on.
    things I have tried are:
    developer refresh, drum refresh, toner curve, test charts for scanning, latest print driver, latest firmware, reset factory defaults, changed emulation on printer and driver, tried files on a different printer they come out fine, changed out all consumables just to see if any change and nothing. Ordered a main controller. Also when I did the test charts for scanning it did not change anything. I even hooked my laptop up to machine to eliminate any network issue. No error codes on event log.

      Those are all the things that I would have done. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Update!! Memory was the issue! one thing I did not do was initialize memory! I put a used controller from a different machine and no change.
          copies scans and prints are perfect!! crazieness
