[CQ] 2551ci transfer belt auger backing up

Hi, I have a 2551ci auger keeps locking up and breaking the waste gear. They call for lines and background. Belt can't wipe because auger is jam backed. Already replaced belt. Taken it apart about 3 times and cleaned. Waste is getting out. Nothing stopped up all the waste waste bottle. Anyone seen this? Only about 300k . Thanks

schedule lots of time to tear apart the entire front and LHS of the machine for replacing that "parts pipe transfer cleaning assy".

In hindsight of having done this a few times - a few well-placed holes in the front inner-unit cover would really go a looong way to reducing the service time for this issue... like, it's probably totally worthwhile to create a drilling template!

Rep. Auger assembly and transfer belt. Sure enough the half moon shaft on the auger pipe transfer cl. Unit was turning inside and not putting the waste out into the bottle. Thanks!

Yeah a lot of work to remove 2 screws... with a bit of practice you can replace the part and have the machine running in 30 ~ 40 minutes.

also I believe the latest version of the pipe assy ends in 3 these days.
