    7002i says processing. Sits there.

    Hi. I have a 7002i. Will can the org. On glass or feeder. Says processing but just sits there. No error codes. Just will not print. Swapped fuser and updated fw. No help. 906. Unplugged also. No jam sensors blocked. Will not also print internal. Stays in status job. Any ideas.

      Wow this a good one. Called hotline. They said they were stumped when they first had this. He asked me to leave open 3&4 cass. Make it use only the two top trays.it worked! There was a tiny jam jammed back in the no.3 feed unit. Didn't see it at first. It will not show and jams of lift error c codes. Took it out. Rock and roll.

              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              I'm not clear. If the scrap is in (example) tray 3, no tray will work?

                                  Yep. Seen this one before too. It also can happen on the older 00 and 01 series machines.

                                      I had it on an 8001i today. I wish I would have known this before I replaced the fuser, HDD's, memory & firmware.
                                      It is worth bumping it up so someone else might see it though.

                                          Wow, that's some good info. I'll have to file that in my memory bank. But that means I'll have to delete something from memory.

                                              Thanks, great info just had a TA8353ci with exact same issue, pulled 3&4 out and away she went...
