Hello I have a Kyocera Taskalfa 6550ci jam code 4211 I found that the exit unit motor stalls I replaced the motor same problem it spins until the paper hits it then stops. could it be a wiring harness or board?

That code is for fuser exit jam. Probably would take a look at that.
I have already ruled that out it shows fuser because it cant get past the exit unit the paper stalls the motor. I'm assuming low voltage to the motor but wondering if its a harness or board.
Re: Kyocera Taskalfa 6550ci exit unit motor stalls
Power for that motor comes from the engine pwb, through the front pwb. It's a pulse motor, so checking drive voltage to it is nearly impossible. Chances are, unless someone's been yanking on the wiring and a connector is loose, you've got a bad board, one or more of the 4 pulse lines to that motor not working. My experience suggests the most likely culprit is the engine board.

Replaced board new firmware and still stalls front pwb?
Re: Kyocera Taskalfa 6550ci exit unit motor stalls
I can confirm that you can make a color developing motor spin more slowly, weaken, and occasionally stall ... if a person were to accidentally ... oh, say, pinch a single wire in the harness that leads to that motor ... to frame ground ... on a Copystar CS-500ci.
Don't ask me how I know. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Or make a transfer belt on a 300Ci rotate at random times. Even at idle.
