[Jamming] kyocera 5500i jamming in tray

hello all,
i have a 5500 that is jamming in tray 1.
the paper is getting pinched between the pulley and separation rollers and getting pulled down into the housing for the separation roller. I'm using generic rollers (A00J563600) but have used them in many machines without issue.
so far I've replaced the pickup assembly, cassette and feed drive clutches
i cant find anything on this issue in the tech bulletins or on here and am at a loss.

has anyone had this issue before and have any ideas?

please provide us the eventlog and statuspage.
brand paper and paper weight.

Sorry i don't have the status page or error log to hand.
i can tell you that the only error in the log was J0501 164 times.
the machine has just shy of 700k prints on it and the paper is plain 80g motifpaper.com

Does it have the new style feed units? Did you look at the trouble shooting guide?

I'm using generic rollers (A00J563600)
That is a part number for a Konica Minolta feed tire, are you sure that you are using the correct part?

I typically get twice the yield from the Konica rollers.

I didn't see a copy count. What about clutches. They rust like crazy. Have (5) clutches if you're going to take it apart. They'll all look rusty. =^..^=

i have access to the kyocera tech site but i cant find anything about this issue, would you have a copy of the relevant tech doc so i could have a look please?
