So you aren't going to check any of the fuser components?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

How did you check that the fuser is ok?

i checked the Fuser lamps ,the thermostats with a digtal meter they were all ok .
For the Thermistor at least the fuser has to warm up a bit , but the fuser is very cold.

            hello Apkareno ,
all the fuser components are good , when i cable socket for the fuser i measured 220 volts mains but putting the fuser cable in its socket the 220 VOLTS disappears and it measures Zero volts.

What can cause the 220 voltage drop?

sure as rain you Dismissed BlackCat's suggestions...

              you mentioned checking the LAMPS...

              what can pull down power?
              hmmm a SHORT ... ?

sure slap another LVPS in it and when THAT doesn't fix it.. where do you go?

how do you know the thermistor or thermostat in the fuser isn't bad... those two items tell the fuser lamps to turn ON and HOW much power to give to the lamps!

how do you check them? hmmm resistance? hold the stat in your sweaty palm as you take the reading.. you will resistance change

Isn't it interesting when the poster lists all the reasons why it couldn't be ... but won't try what you suggest. It doesn't bother me. They may get there eventually ... or not. =^..^=
