    Kyocera M2540DW blank copies

    Hi Folks,
I have a Kyocera, M 2540DW, I'm guessing has approx. 45k copies, customer calls to say it needs toner, thinking they have a bad toner cartridge, they are using genuine,OEM, toner. I show up, and the prints are completely blank, even printing a "Status" page. so the scanner is out of the picture. My first thought was, maybe the shutters, both drum and developer unit, are not opening, properly. I bring copier into shop, I taped the shutters open, still , blank copies. I checked the connections, both drum and developer, connections..seem good. It does have a fairly new maint. kit, which I replaced, a month ago. I stopped copy, in the middle of a copy, no latent image, on the drum. I even removed transfer roller, to see if get, maybe, a light image, none. I checked primary corona wire, it's there, checked to be sure, it's in place. I called ACM Technologies, to see if they have seen this problem, and I went thru step by step, service manual procedures..I'm at a loss..has anyone else, have this issue?...any recommendations, greatly appreciated..keep in mind, no error codes, come up..I even tried drum, refresh, as I'm desparate..but that was no help..

    Thanks,
    Jaime

I'd mark your DV unit & make sure it's turning. Is there toner on the mag roller? The laser unit "should" give you a beam detect error.
      Hope that helps !

Mark the developer roller to see if it's turning. It's probably not. Replace the small developer clutch on right side
Also check to make sure the laser shutter under the top cover is opening and closing.

but my guess, its indicating the main pcb..So I replaced copier for the customer, may use the copier for parts, as it does have 53k copies, on it.
My concern was to get get my customer up and running..I did swap drum, and developer unit... still blank copies...if I decide to send board out, or find the problem..I'll you guys know...Thanks..for all your input !!!
