Thank you, Tony, I did check to see if it on, I know on of the PC's it was off and caused issues until I turned it on. I have also made sure each computer is set to a private network as well.

Maybe it's the firmware as it only has 002.031. Do you know if it can take the cidn firmware? As I only see registration firmware on KDA.

I see 'ECOSYS M6526cdn Combined Firmware Pack 11/17' available on copystarcentral. Not sure which portal you're using but I can provide you with the .zip if necessary.

wragsdale I am using the Copystar portal on KDA Connect and I double checked, but I do not see that firmware. If you could share it with me that would be much appreciated ( I hate to open a can of worms on this post from people from India who think that they need firmware to fix maintenance related issues.)

Thank you for all the suggestions. I received the firmware to update the mfp with ( thank you, wragsdale!), but before I installed the update I just wanted to try everything else suggested, first ( I don't know if I am just a glutton for punishment or just wanted to know if it was truly the firmware), I tried most of the suggestions first and no go still received the 1102 error, once I installed the firmware update the m6526cdn scanned with no errors. Thanks again for all the help, this is why Copytechnet is such a great resource for us techs.
