    [CQ] How To Remove Company Logo From 4501i Startyp

    A Kyocera 4501i that came from a leasing company has another company's logo that shows up briefly while the machine is starting up. Does anyone know how to remove? I've cleaned up many of these machines and never seen this. Thank you in advance

          i ran into that issue years ago when i was a kyocera tech.. and i was experimenting with adding the company logo to a machine. come to find out you can't reset it to a factory default using that same process. i just found a generic blue photo and created that as the new background. make sure the size and the name is correct. if it's not exact according to the tech. bulletin it will not work.
