    Huh! Replace the main controller? I think every call I've made to the hotline has ended that way. Then I think of a better course of action. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      i had this happen to me on a Taskalfa 4501i. For some reason the customers IT tech turned off HTTPS and HTTP, which are located under the 'system/network,' 'network settings', 'protocol settings'. You may want to check to make sure a protocol wasn't disabled.

        So basically there is no problem getting to the kyocera command ctr website, its when you try to login as Admin Admin then you get the code.
        Http and Https is turned on. They had this issue using chrome and IE. I tried the 21,24 and reset to factory settings.

          This issue raises in chrome and Firefox. IE will be o.k in some cases. Particularly MS Edge will be the best choice. Upload the new FW which kyocera did some updates for the F24C error.
          Best of Luck...

              Hello everyone.

              I also have this issue on two devices KyoceraM3550idn in my network.
              I try:
              1. Facroty reset in service;
              2. Update firmware for latest versions 2NM_2000.007.124 2019.03.01 in my case;
              3. Try to create and enable different accounts (not only Admin);
              4. Open case in Kyocera (waiting for an answer);
              5. Try to change security settings in browser and printer;

              I have this ussue F24C only in Google Chrome (any versions) other browsers works fine (Edge, IE, Firefox);
              I think there is some problem in network, but if random users have the same problem i think it is a problem in some devices (some models of printers) and their firmware or compatibility with browsers and request.

                  "I am having the same exact issue as stickfly, on an M3550idn." sevenmile

                  Is it nessesary for
                  new thread?
                  I think no matter what device is, there is the same error on different devices to access from web-inteface.

                    Re: Taskalfa 307ci ...... Cannot Log into command centre

                    This F24C error is only shown when Command Center RX accessed from Chrome (and possible others, except firefox) with Https. All browser including Chrome works just fine when accessing through Http. Chrome "likes" to try Https first, so keep that in mind.
                    No network security setting is affecting this behaviour. So don't waste time finding the wright ones, rewriting firmware or init'ing memory.

                      Hello diedux.
                      Thanks a lot!! This is solve my problem. I just set up network security options from only https to http or https and than log in into web-interface.
                      So, is it known issue and kyocera knows about it? I have a case, but it's does't solve. It is opened already about 3 weeks - and nothing....
                      I have this problem only on my 3550 MFU, i also have 6330 and have no problem with it.
