[Misc] Kyocera TA-406ci prints slow, slow to open apps, keypad entry is slow, pin point scan

New firmware, if you power cycle the machine the normal speed will return for awhile. Pin point scan is slow

I would disconnect from the network to see if it operates normally then. I've seen the IP address get flooded from network traffic do this.
      Hope that helps !

I was thinking of replacing the Hard drive. And it is on the cloud for printing.

        Thank you

have you tried updating the print driver? or just reinstalling it? before replacing the HD

its how the whole machine responds not just printing. Logging into the service menu may take 20 seconds for it to open. But after a power cycle its about 3 seconds
